Before treatment, an intention is set to release what no longer serves you or your highest good and to receive reiki healing energy.

You may feel deep heat or warmth. This is because the Reiki energy flows into the body and energy field, bringing you back to balance! A healing session is a deeply rejuvenating, restorative, and safe. Clients report experiences of deep peace, mental clarity, and feeling ‘lighter’. Following the session feedback will be given on what was observed, as well as some water and dark chocolate to help you ground! Most of all, you will continue to keep your energy vibration high!
